Payment Policy

You may access parts of Wild Mushrooms PNW for free, but other areas require you to purchase member access. Three types of member plans are available: monthly, yearly, and lifetime. The monthly and yearly subscription plans renew automatically. So for the monthly plan, you are charged each month at the monthly rate. Similarly for the yearly plan, you are charged each year at the yearly rate. For the lifetime plan you are charged one time only. Please note that we use PayPal, a safe and secure online payment processor to facilitate your payments. For monthly and yearly membership subscription plans, you will need to create a PayPal account at the time of purchase if you don’t already have one.  No PayPal account is required to purchase the lifetime membership.

Refund Policy

Wild Mushrooms PNW yearly subscriptions made online include a 10 day, 100% money back guarantee. You may receive a refund by contacting us through our Customer Service email within 10 days of your purchase. After that 10 day window, we will not provide a refund. We do not prorate refunds or offer partial refunds, and do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. All refunds are made via PayPal.

Renewals

All Wild Mushrooms PNW subscriptions made online at wildmushroomspnw.com renew automatically using the payment details on file for your account at PayPal. Since you have purchased a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge and agree that PayPal is authorized to charge for the renewal fee.

The date that your subscription will automatically renew is provided on your Account page and in the payment confirmation email sent after your initial purchase. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before that date through your Account page or by contacting our Customer Service.

This will stop future subscription charges from accruing to your account. For annual subscriptions, we will refund renewal payments if you contact our Customer Service within 10 days after each renewal occurs. We do not offer refunds for renewal payments for monthly subscriptions.

Pricing Change Policy

Prices may change in the future. If the pricing for your subscription does change, you will be notified and your subscription will be set to expire at the end of its current term. If you wish to continue membership, you may renew at the new price through your Account page.

Payment Information

By providing payment information to PayPal, you affirm that the payment information is valid and in your name or in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your purchase or donation. If you provide someone else’s payment information, any refund due will be made to that person via PayPal.

Terms of Service

You are provided access to Wild Mushroom PNW for personal, non-commercial use only, and subject to the Terms of Service. By accessing this site you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service.

Canceling Your Membership

While we hope that you enjoy having member access, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Service.

Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

We expect that our users do not misuse our website and information that is provided. Except with our written permission, you shall not:

  • Use or distribute any information for your own scientific or research purposes.
  • Redistribute or publish any information provided on the website.
  • Use this website for the purpose of creating a product with a substantially similar look, feel, or design.
  • Use information from this website, any copyrighted photographs, copyrighted keys, copyrighted flash cards, or any other areas that are not stated clearly as freely provided for your use.

Limitation of Liability

Wild Mushrooms PNW, or its affiliates, or employees, will not be liable in any amount in excess of the fees paid by you to subscribe to Wild Mushrooms PNW; lost profits, lost data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. You agree that this limitation of liability represents a reasonable allocation of risk when hunting and eating wild mushrooms. You will hold harmless Wild Mushrooms PNW, its employees, including paying costs and attorney’s fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to Wild Mushrooms PNW.

Privacy Policy

Wild Mushrooms PNW respects your privacy and is committed to providing a safe and secure user experience. We will never send you spam or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.  We will use your email address for the following only:

  • To confirm your transactions such as a purchase, refund, or cancellation.
  • To notify you of changes which affect your account or subscription status. 
  • To provide customer support and/or resolve any issues with your account.
  • To occasionally send you informational emails about new and updated products and services. You may opt out of these emails at any time.

Accessing, Reviewing, Updating, and Deleting Your Information

You may access, review, and update your account information through your Account page. We will retain your information until you request your account be deleted. You may direct your request for account deletion to Customer Service.

Changes to the Terms of Service

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email, or by posting a notification on the website. For existing users your continued use of Wild Mushrooms PNW following the effective date means that you agree with and consent to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.
